How prevalent is cancer?

My father recently passed away due to cancer, and it makes me wonder about its prevalence. How common is cancer in general? I hear about so many people getting it these days.

In my own family, we have had two cases of cancer over the last decade, so it definitely feels more common now. I can't give medical details, but seeing them recover showed me how crucial timely medical care is. Just focus on routine health checkups.

In my 70 years, I have seen our understanding of cancer change completely. Earlier people wouldn't even say the word, but today it is widely discussed and diagnosed much earlier. Don't live in fear of statistics; just live a disciplined and active life.

Cancer is definitely prevalent, but rather than worrying, we should focus on what is in our hands. Getting basic health insurance that covers critical illnesses and doing annual blood tests is a very practical way to protect your family.

With the rise of environmental pollution and lifestyle diseases, cancer rates are indeed increasing. Just like I monitor my blood pressure regularly, keeping tabs on any unusual bodily changes is key. Regular health screenings are a must for everyone after 40.

Haan na, nowadays we hear about someone getting diagnosed almost every month, it is quite scary. But panic karne se kuch nahi hoga. We just need to improve our daily food and go to a proper doctor if any symptom persists.
