Yaar, migraine can literally trigger from anything like strong sunlight, skipping meals, or even loud music. Don't stress too much about it, just try to notice what sets off your headache. Grab some rest in a dark room when it starts.

Beta, mostly it happens when there is too much garmi in the body or if you stay empty stomach for long. Even too much worrying causes this bad headache. Always drink lots of water and eat your meals on time, okay?

For many, it's hereditary, but daily lifestyle is the main culprit. I got mine under control simply by reducing screen time at night and stopping tea after 6 PM. Simple changes like sleeping at the same time daily really do wonders.

I totally get it, that throbbing pain in half your head is absolutely miserable and ruins your entire day. It can be caused by hormonal fluctuations or sudden weather changes too. Please take it easy and give yourself some quiet time.

With my diabetes, I noticed that sudden drops in blood sugar levels can trigger a severe migraine-like headache. You have to be very careful with long gaps between meals. Always consult your physician to see if your diet is balanced properly.

Hey, don't worry, a migraine is just a hyper-sensitive brain reaction to sensory overload, not some permanent damage. Just make sure you are not skipping your lunch because of work pressure. Sit in a quiet room and close your eyes for a bit, it will pass.

Bro, for me it is always late-night exam prep and too much blue light from my phone that triggers it. If I don't sleep for 7 hours, my head starts pounding like crazy the next day. Keep your phone away and just crash.

Honestly, sometimes I feel my migraine is just my brain's dramatic way of asking for a holiday! It usually strikes when my boss emails me or when I drink too much tea. Just take some rest and tell everyone to leave you alone for a day.

In our time, we noticed migraine attacks happened when people didn't get fresh air or had weak digestion. Applying a little warm ghee on the soles of your feet or smelling fresh ginger can help soothe the mind. But do consult a vaidya or doctor if it happens too often.

My fitness band showed a direct link between my poor sleep quality and migraine attacks the next afternoon. It is basically a neurological response to triggers like dehydration, stress, or caffeine crashes. Try using a log app to identify your triggers.

Oh god, I always get terrified that it is something worse whenever my migraine starts, but usually it's just stress or a change in weather. Make sure you are drinking enough water because even mild dehydration triggers it. You are going to be fine, just breathe.

The first time I got that flashing blind spot before the headache, I panicked and thought it was a stroke! But the doctor reassured me it is just a classic migraine with aura. It is actually very common and goes away with the right lifestyle management.
