How old can you be to get arthritis?

My knees have been aching a lot lately, especially in the mornings. My neighbour, who is much older, has arthritis, so I'm wondering if I'm too young to start getting it myself. What's the usual age for it to start?

Honestly, arthritis isn't just an 'old people's disease' anymore. You can see it in young adults, sometimes even kids, though that's less common. It really depends on the type – like rheumatoid arthritis can start pretty early. If you're having joint pain, it's best to get it checked, don't just assume it's normal.

Bro, my Dadi has it, like properly. But I've also heard of people my age getting it, especially if they play a lot of sports and injure their joints. It's kinda scary how anything can hit u at any age these days. Just hope I stay healthy!

Yaar, actually, arthritis is not just for oldies now. I know a guy who's only 30 and he has some form of it because of his job, it involves a lot of repetitive movement. So yeah, age doesn't really matter as much as we think. Just take care of your joints, that's what I've learned.

Hamare gaon mein toh kehte the budhape mein hota hai gathiya, par ab toh jawan log bhi kehne lage hain dard hota hai ghutno mein. Bahut dukh hota hai sunke. Sab ko apne sharir ka dhyan rakhna chahiye, thoda tel malish karo, garam paani se sek lo.

The thing is, arthritis can affect anyone, even younger folks. And getting diagnosed early can save you a lot of money in the long run. Proper tests and timely treatment prevent it from getting worse, which means less expense on medicines and therapies later. Don't postpone checking it due to cost; small tests now can avoid big bills later.

While it's more common in older age, particularly osteoarthritis, other types like rheumatoid arthritis can manifest at any age, sometimes even in childhood. It's crucial to listen to your body. Persistent joint pain, stiffness, or swelling should always be evaluated by a doctor, irrespective of your age. Early diagnosis makes a big difference.

Oh, arthritis? Not fun at all! Imagine having joint pain and not being able to properly enjoy all the street food without difficulty. I guess it really stresses how important it is to eat healthy and keep moving. No amount of delicious pakoras is worth that kind of discomfort, seriously!
