How often to check fever?

My little one has a slight fever since morning. I gave her some paracetamol, but I'm not sure how frequently I should be checking her temperature to see if it's coming down. Someone told me to check every hour, but that feels too much.

Oh, I always get so anxious about fevers! I tend to check every hour when it's high, just to make sure it's coming down. But realistically, my doctor said every 3-4 hours is good, especially after giving medicine. And if it's very high or not responding, then definitely call the doc. Don't stress too much, just keep an eye on it.

For fever, don't just blindly follow whatever you read online. Check it every 3-4 hours, especially if you've given medicine. If it goes above 102F or doesn't come down with medication, or if you feel very unwell, then please, for god's sake, go to a doctor. Self-diagnosis is risky.

When my temperature goes up, I usually check it every 2-3 hours with my smart thermometer, especially after taking paracetamol. Some health apps let you log your temperature, which is super useful to show your doctor if needed. Don't overdo it, but keeping a track helps.

When my kids get a fever, I usually check it every 2-3 hours, especially in the initial phase and after giving medicine. Before they sleep, I check again. It helps me decide if I need to give another dose or if it's time to call the pediatrician. Hydration is also super important during fever.

For fever, a good rule of thumb is to check it every 3-4 hours, especially after giving any fever-reducing medicine. This helps you monitor if the medicine is working and if the fever is breaking. If it stays very high or you have other concerning symptoms, don't hesitate, call the doctor. I've learned this the hard way.

Aise toh har 3-4 ghante mein fever check kar lo. Jab medicine lete ho, uske ek ghante baad bhi check kar lo ki asar ho raha hai ya nahi. Agar bahut high hai ya lagatar badh raha hai, toh ghar pe mat baitho, doctor ke paas jaao. Pani peete rehna, woh zaroori hai.
