I've never taken hydrocodone, so I can't say much from experience. But for any strong painkiller, my understanding is you should always stick to exactly what the doctor prescribed. Don't change the dosage or frequency yourself. These are serious medicines.

As a diabetic, I know how important it is to be precise with medication, especially strong ones. For hydrocodone, you absolutely must follow your doctor's exact instructions about dosage and how often. Any deviation can be risky, and you should not guess or change it on your own.

Listen, for powerful medicines like hydrocodone, you CANNOT take advice from strangers on the internet. It's meant for severe pain and needs strict medical supervision. Please, call your doctor or the pharmacist who dispensed it. They are the only ones who can tell you the safe frequency.

Taking medication requires extreme caution, especially for strong pain relievers. Over-reliance or incorrect dosage can lead to serious side effects. Please don't self-medicate or follow online advice for hydrocodone. Your doctor prescribed it with a specific frequency for a reason, so stick to that and call them if you have questions.

For medications like hydrocodone, especially if you have other health concerns like high BP, it's absolutely vital to adhere to the doctor's prescribed dosage and frequency. Do not exceed it or take it more often. If the pain isn't controlled, you must consult your doctor again, rather than self-adjusting.
