How much soy is too much for thyroid?

My thyroid levels have been a bit off lately, and my nutritionist suggested I monitor my soy intake. I love tofu and soy milk, so I'm a bit concerned. How much soy is considered too much if you have a thyroid condition?

This is a tricky one, and I'd strongly recommend talking to an endocrinologist! I once ignored some dietary advice and it impacted my health. With thyroid, it's really important not to self-experiment. Get professional guidance, please.

Thyroid issues need careful dietary management. It's best to consult a doctor about soy intake.

Too much soy? For thyroid, probably anything beyond what your doctor specifically approves! It's like asking how much *chaat* is too much before your stomach protests, but with more serious consequences. Better safe than sorry!

Haan, ye sawal toh bohot log poochhte hain. Generally bolte hain ki soy products thoda avoid karo ya kam khaao agar thyroid ka issue hai. Na hi khaao toh sabse accha. Par doctor se ek baar confirm kar lo.

I totally get why you'd ask this, there's so much mixed information out there about soy and thyroid. It's really specific to each person's condition and medication. It's not a one-size-fits-all answer, so please consult your doctor.
