How much sleep should you get a night?

I've been trying to improve my overall health and one thing I want to focus on is my sleep. I usually get around 6 hours, but my wife says it's not enough. How much sleep should you actually get a night?

My doctor always emphasizes 7-9 hours for adults, on a consistent basis. She mentioned that chronic sleep deprivation can affect everything from immunity to cognitive function. It's not just about feeling rested, but long-term health too.

It's normal to feel a bit anxious about this, I used to overthink my sleep a lot. But don't stress too much. For adults, usually 7-9 hours is the goal. Just try to find what makes you feel best and refreshed.

Beta, raat ki neend sabse acchi hoti hai. Kam se kam 7-8 ghante toh zaroor lo. Halka garam doodh peeke so, aur subah jaldi utho. Sharir aur man dono shant rahenge.

When I was younger, I thought sleeping less was cool. Now I regret it! Trust me, 7-9 hours is what your body needs. The energy, the focus, it all comes from proper rest. Don't make my mistake.

It's tough when you *know* you need sleep but your mind just won't switch off. I've been there, feeling exhausted and frustrated. But even small improvements, like a consistent bedtime, can really help. Don't feel bad if you're struggling.

Simple si baat hai, 7 se 9 ghante ki neend zaroori hai. Koi shauq nahi hai ye, sehat ke liye zarurat hai. Phone chhod ke time pe so jaao, subah fresh uthoge.
