How much sleep should someone get?

I've been working night shifts for a while now, and my sleep schedule is all over the place. I want to try and get better rest on my days off. What's the general recommendation for how much sleep someone should get?

It's totally okay to feel confused about this, there's so much conflicting info out there. I used to get so anxious if I didn't hit 8 hours. But generally, for adults, 7-9 hours is the recommended range. Focus on how you *feel* when you wake up.

While 7-9 hours is generally advised for adults, if you're regularly feeling tired despite getting enough sleep, or if you have trouble sleeping, it's always best to get it checked by a doctor. Don't self-diagnose.

Beta, humare zamaane mein log itna nahi sochte the. Jab tak sharir ko araam na mile, tab tak sona chahiye. 7-8 ghante toh minimum hai. Kam neend sehat ke liye achhi nahi.

Honestly, when I get proper sleep (like 7-8 hours), I don't crave midnight snacks as much. My body just feels content. Less sleep and I'm hunting for pakoras at 2 AM, haha. So yeah, sleep is good for appetite control too!

Haan na, ye toh sabko chahiye. Ideally 7-9 ghante. Lekin main bolti hoon jab tak tumko fresh feel ho, utna hi lena chahiye. Every person is different. Bas phone mat use karo sone se pehle.
