How much sleep should i get per night?

My sleep quality isn't great, and I often wake up feeling like I haven't rested at all. I try to get around 6-7 hours, but is that actually enough? How much sleep is recommended per night for good health?

Haan, minimum 7-8 ghante toh milne hi chahiye. Usse kam mein na din bhar headache rehta hai, na kaam mein man lagta hai. Try karke dekho, farak padega.

Simple si baat hai, 7 se 9 ghante ki neend zaroori hai bade logon ke liye. Agar itna nahi mil raha, toh apni dincharya mein badlav karo. Health pe focus karo.

I totally get it, sometimes it feels impossible to get enough sleep with everything going on. But really, 7-9 hours is the sweet spot for most adults. Your body and mind will thank you.

Don't just believe everything online. The general guideline is 7-9 hours, but it's best to discuss your specific sleep patterns and any concerns with a doctor. They can give proper medical advice, not some random internet remedy.

Most adults need about 7-9 hours of quality sleep. Think of it like this: your body and brain need that downtime to repair and recharge. Try to go to bed and wake up around the same time daily, even on weekends.

Generally, 7-9 hours is recommended. But if you have underlying issues like thyroid, you might feel more tired and need a bit more. It's good to get your blood tests done regularly and discuss your sleep patterns with your endocrinologist.
