How much sleep should a nine month old get?

Our baby is nine months old, and we're trying to set a consistent sleep schedule for her. We're a bit confused about how many hours she should be sleeping in total. Can you tell me the ideal sleep duration for a nine-month-old?

My baby, when she was nine months, slept around 12-14 hours in 24 hours, including her naps. Every baby is different, but for us, a consistent bedtime routine made a big difference. That's just what worked for us.

Haan na, for a nine-month-old, 12 to 15 hours total sleep is important. It includes their naps during the day. Thoda routine fix karna padta hai for them, and then they sleep well, ho na?

My little cousin is 9 months, and he literally sleeps like, all the time, haha. But seriously, his mom says it's around 12-15 hours, including naps. Babies need a lot of sleep to grow big and strong, right?

A nine-month-old needs about 12-15 hours of sleep, including naps. This is critical for their rapid development. Good sleep habits from a young age contribute to overall health. It's like how managing my BP needs consistent lifestyle choices and regular checkups.

At nine months, the child is growing fast, so 12 to 15 hours of sleep is very good. My mother always said a light oil massage with warm oil before bath helps babies sleep soundly. You can try that, but if there's any big problem, always consult the doctor.
