How much sleep should a 14 month old get?

My little one is 14 months old, and sometimes she resists her afternoon nap. I'm not sure if she still needs it, or if her total sleep hours are okay. How much sleep should a 14-month-old get in a 24-hour cycle?

For a 14-month-old, typically 11-14 hours, including naps. Every child is a bit different, but that's a good range to aim for. Hope this helps!

A 14-month-old usually needs about 11-14 hours of sleep in a 24-hour cycle, which includes their naps. Try to keep a consistent nap and bedtime routine. It really helps them settle down and get the rest they need.

A 14-month-old child needs a lot of sleep for their body to grow. 11 to 14 hours is good. We used to give a light oil massage before bath and bed, and sing lullabies. It helps them relax and sleep peacefully. But if there is a big problem, always go to the doctor.

It's generally advised that a 14-month-old gets about 11-14 hours of sleep total, including naps during the day. Each baby is unique, so try to observe your little one's cues. If you have concerns, a pediatrician can give personalized advice.

My baby is also 14 months and he sleeps maybe 10-12 hours total, with one nap. Is that enough? I keep worrying if it's too little. Did anyone else's baby sleep less than the recommended 11-14 hours and turn out fine?

A 14-month-old should get around 11-14 hours of sleep, including naps. Don't worry too much about fancy sleep solutions. Just a consistent routine, dark room, and comfortable temperature work best. No need for expensive tests unless a doc says so for some reason.

For a 14-month-old, aim for 11-14 hours of sleep, including 1-2 naps. Consistency is key, even with a busy schedule. Establish a fixed bedtime and wake-up time, and stick to it as much as possible. It makes a big difference in their temperament and your peace of mind.
