How much sleep should a 10 month old get?

Our son is 10 months old and his sleep has become a bit erratic lately. We are trying to establish a routine but want to make sure we know the right amount. What's the recommended sleep for a 10-month-old?

While I manage diabetes, I understand that sleep is fundamental for everyone, especially growing babies. For a 10-month-old, usually 12-15 hours of sleep, including naps, is essential for their development and health. Ensuring proper rest is as important as a balanced diet, even at that age.

Oh, the never-ending baby sleep question! It can be so emotionally taxing trying to figure it out. For a 10-month-old, typically 12-15 hours of sleep, including 2 naps, is recommended. But remember, every baby has their own rhythm. Don't let perfect be the enemy of good, and know you're doing great.

I tend to overthink all health guidelines, especially for babies! For a 10-month-old, the general advice is 12-15 hours of sleep in a 24-hour cycle, which includes two naps. It's so vital for their brain development and physical growth. Just make sure they're waking up happy and alert, that's the biggest sign it's enough.

Beti, 10 mahine ke bacche ko 12 se 15 ghante ki neend chahiye hoti hai, din ke naps bhi mila kar. Is umar mein bacche ka shareer badhta hai aur dimag bhi tez hota hai, toh achhi neend bahut zaroori hai. Bacche ko aaram se sulao aur pyaar do.

My 10-month-old sometimes gets only 11 hours, and other times he'll do 14. I keep worrying if it's enough or too much on the longer days. Is this variation normal? What do other moms do?
