How much sleep should 9 month old get?

My little one is 9 months old now, and sometimes she sleeps for long stretches, other times not so much. I'm worried if she's getting enough rest. How much sleep should a baby of this age be getting?

For a 9-month-old, typically 12-15 hours of sleep per 24-hour period is recommended, which includes nighttime sleep and usually 2-3 naps during the day. However, every baby is different. Observing your baby's cues for tiredness and consulting your pediatrician for tailored advice is always the best approach.

For a 9-month-old, around 12-15 hours, including naps, is usually recommended. My child had some sleep issues that were later linked to an underlying condition. If your baby is consistently sleeping significantly more or less, or seems unusually fussy/lethargic, please consult your pediatrician. Early detection is always better.

Oh, the sleep questions for babies are endless, and it's so easy to get stressed about it! For a 9-month-old, typically 12-15 hours total, split between nighttime and a couple of naps, is the guideline. But remember, every baby is different. Try not to compare too much and trust your instincts about your baby's needs.

Aww, little ones! For a 9-month-old, around 12-15 hours of sleep in 24 hours is usually recommended, including naps! 😴 They need all that rest for growing and exploring! ✨

Haha, 9-month-old sleep? That's a dream for me! 😂 But yeah, they usually need around 12-15 hours total, including their naps. Mine was always on the lower end of that, blessing my sleepless nights! But every baby is different, so just see if yours is happy and active when awake.

My baby just turned 10 months, so I've just been through this! At 9 months, they usually need about 12-15 hours of sleep over a 24-hour period, with 2-3 naps during the day. It's a tricky age with sleep regressions and developmental leaps, so some days will be better than others. Hang in there!
