How much sleep does an 11 year old need?

My son, Rohan, is 11 now and he's always on his tablet or playing with friends. He says he's not tired, but sometimes he looks so sleepy in the morning. I'm wondering how much sleep an 11-year-old really needs to be healthy and focused for school.

Oh, the sleep question always makes me a bit anxious because I want my kids to be perfectly healthy. For an 11-year-old, generally 9-12 hours is the recommended range. Make sure they have a dark, quiet room and a consistent bedtime routine. Any deviation always makes me worry a little, but as long as they seem well, it's usually fine.

Haan na, an 11-year-old needs a good amount of sleep for sure. Around 9 to 12 hours is usually recommended. They are growing so fast and learning so much, so proper rest is super important, ho na. Try to keep screen time low before bed.

My pediatrician told me that children aged 6-12 years typically need 9-12 hours of sleep per 24 hours. For an 11-year-old, consistency is key, and it helps their concentration and mood during the day. It's not just about the hours, but also quality sleep.

An 11-year-old needs a solid amount of sleep, like 9-12 hours! 😴 It helps them grow big and strong and learn lots in school. Make sure they're switching off those screens well before bedtime! ✨

Bachche ko bahut neend chahiye! 11 saal ke bacche ko toh 9 se 12 ghante ki neend zaroori hai. Jab woh sota hai, tabhi uske shareer aur dimag ka vikas hota hai. Achi neend se baccha khush aur tandurust rehta hai.
