How much sleep does a 9 month old need?

My 9-month-old son has been a bit restless at night recently. I'm trying to understand if his sleep needs have changed. How much sleep should a nine-month-old get?

This is a good question, I was thinking about this too! I heard a 9-month-old needs around 12-15 hours. Does that include their naps or is it just night sleep? It's all so new to me.

Oh, I remember worrying so much about my 9-month-old's sleep! It felt like a constant puzzle. But it's totally normal for them to need around 12-15 hours of sleep in a day, including 2-3 naps. Just watch for their sleepy cues, and don't stress if it's not perfect every day. You're doing great!

My younger cousin is 9 months now, and I see him sleeping a lot, like 12-15 hours total. He takes two good naps and then sleeps through most of the night. His parents try to keep his routine fixed, seems to work well.

My daughter is almost 10 months. At 9 months, she was sleeping about 14 hours total, with two naps. We found a consistent bedtime routine, like a warm bath and a quiet story, was key to getting her to sleep through the night. Every baby is different, but routine helps a lot.

A 9-month-old needs a wonderful 12-15 hours of sleep, including naps! 😴 It helps them learn and explore the world when they're awake! Keep their room cozy and quiet. 👶💕

A 9-month-old typically needs 12-15 hours of sleep, including naps. But please, don't blindly follow every sleep trick you read online. If you're genuinely concerned about your baby's sleep patterns, the most reliable source for advice is always your pediatrician.

A 9-month-old needs a solid 12-15 hours of sleep to process all those new tastes and experiences! Good sleep means they're not too fussy during meal times, and maybe even enjoy their purees more. 😉 Healthy sleep for a healthy appetite!
