How much sleep does a 4 month old need?

My daughter is 4 months old and has started waking up more often at night. I'm worried she's not getting enough sleep overall. How many hours should a four-month-old sleep in 24 hours?

A 4-month-old needs quite a bit of sleep, typically 12-15 hours in a 24-hour cycle. This includes multiple naps during the day. Focus on establishing a consistent bedtime routine, it really helps them consolidate sleep at night.

A 4-month-old is basically a tiny gourmet sleeper! They need around 12-15 hours of sleep to digest all that milk and grow big. More sleep for them means better mood for everyone, and maybe even less crying for milk! 😉

For a 4-month-old, the general guideline is 12-15 hours of sleep per day. But don't just follow random internet advice, every child is different. If you have any serious concerns, always verify with your pediatrician. They are the best source for medical advice.

Oh, I remember panicking about my 4-month-old's sleep! It felt like he was either sleeping too much or too little. But it's totally normal for them to need around 12-15 hours, with lots of naps. Just observe their cues, and you'll get a rhythm. Don't stress too much!

A 4-month-old needs about 12-15 hours of sleep. Good sleep for babies is literally free medicine. It helps them stay healthy and reduces the chances of fussy behavior that might need extra purchases or trips to the doctor. Plan for a calm sleep environment.

It's completely normal to feel anxious about a baby's sleep, I've been there! For a 4-month-old, generally, 12-15 hours of sleep in a 24-hour cycle is considered healthy, including their naps. Just try to create a comforting environment and watch for their sleepy cues.
