My little one is 4 months now, but at 3 months, he was sleeping about 15-16 hours in total, including 3-4 naps. It felt like all he did was sleep and feed! We focused on keeping a dark room for longer stretches at night, it helped somewhat.

Bhai, chhota bachcha hai, 3 mahine ka. Usko bahut neend chahiye. Lagbhag 14 se 17 ghante sota hai. Khane ke baad aur khelne ke baad so jata hai. Maa ka doodh pilao aur aram se sulane ki koshish karo.

It's so hard when they're so little and you're worried about everything! A 3-month-old typically needs a lot of sleep, around 14-17 hours a day, but it's often broken up. Don't feel bad if they're not sleeping long stretches; it's normal for their age. Just focus on rest whenever you can.

A 3-month-old baby usually needs a lot of sleep, typically 14 to 17 hours in a 24-hour period, divided between night sleep and several naps. It's normal for them to wake frequently for feeds at this age. Focus on creating a safe and dark sleep environment for them.
