How much sleep does a 15 month old need?

My 15-month-old has been quite active during the day but sometimes struggles to settle down at night. I'm trying to establish a good sleep schedule. How much sleep does a 15-month-old generally require in 24 hours?

A 15-month-old typically needs a lot of sleep, like 11-14 hours total, including naps. Try a warm massage before bed, it can be very calming for them. But if they're constantly very sleepy or unable to sleep, it's always best to get a doctor's opinion.

For a little one of 15 months, around 11-14 hours of sleep in a 24-hour cycle is generally good, including their daytime naps. Creating a peaceful bedtime routine, perhaps with some gentle lullabies or soft humming, can really help them settle down for a restful night. Their little bodies are growing so much.

Please, don't take any chances with a baby's sleep. My nephew had very disturbed sleep at that age, and we thought it was normal. Later found out it was due to something minor but fixable. A 15-month-old needs about 11-14 hours; if your baby isn't getting it, just talk to your pediatrician, it's safer.

Oh, the little ones! At 15 months, they need a good long sleep, usually 11-14 hours including their naps. Don't worry too much if it's not exactly the same every day, every child is different. My grandchildren used to sleep quite a bit at that age, it's very normal for their growth.

I was just reading up on this myself! Apparently, a 15-month-old typically needs around 11 to 14 hours of sleep per 24-hour period, which includes their naps. It's so interesting how much sleep babies need compared to us adults!

My son had some sleep issues early on, and it turned out to be related to something unexpected. For a 15-month-old, they generally need 11-14 hours. If you're concerned about how much your child is sleeping or if their sleep is disturbed, please consult with your pediatrician. It's always best to rule out any underlying issues, however small.
