How much sleep do we really need?

With all the stress from work and home, I feel constantly tired. Sometimes I sleep for 8 hours, sometimes less. I'm wondering, what is the ideal amount of sleep we truly need for our bodies and minds to function well?

Honestly, as I've grown older, I've realized 7-8 hours is my sweet spot. When I was younger, I thought I needed less, but no. Listen to your body, it tells you what it needs. Don't push yourself too hard on less sleep.

For overall health and performance, 7-9 hours is crucial. It's not just about hitting the gym or eating right; sleep is the third pillar. It helps with recovery, hormone balance, and mental clarity. So prioritize it like your workouts!

Generally, adults need between 7 to 9 hours of sleep. It's a range because everyone's different. Don't stress too much if you occasionally get less, but consistently depriving yourself isn't good. Try to find your own sweet spot where you wake up feeling refreshed.

My doctor explained it really well - for most adults, 7 to 9 hours is ideal. It's not just about lying down, but actual good quality sleep. It helps with everything from immunity to cognitive function. So yes, it's really important to aim for that range.

Sabko 7-9 ghante toh minimum chahiye, ho na? Without proper sleep, how will our body function? It's like charging your phone, if you don't charge properly, it will die. Same with our body, haan na.
