How much sleep do men need?
My work schedule is quite demanding these days, and I often feel tired even after what I think is enough sleep. I was just wondering, for a man, how many hours of sleep are actually considered healthy and essential?

Honestly, I've heard it's around 7-9 hours for most adults, whether male or female. But I guess it depends on the person, right? My brother can function on 6 hours, while I need at least 8 to not feel like a zombie all day!
Generally, 7-8 ghante toh minimum chahiye. Good sleep is key for everything. If you're consistently feeling tired despite good sleep, then maybe check with a doctor. Otherwise, try some chamomile tea before bed, sometimes that helps.
Haan na, same like women, men also need good sleep. Around 7 to 9 hours is common. But everyone is different, ho na? My husband can sleep anywhere, anytime, but my son needs his proper bed time to feel fresh.
For adults, generally 7-9 hours is recommended. However, if you or someone you know is facing chronic sleep issues like insomnia or excessive daytime sleepiness, it's always best to consult a general physician. They might refer you to a sleep specialist.
