Chhote bachchon ko toh khoob neend chahiye. Kindergarten mein jo bachche hain, unko 10 se 13 ghante ki neend zaroor leni chahiye. Isse unka dimaag aur shareer achhe se badhta hai. Pyaar se sulao unko.

Kindergarteners (ages 3-5) need 10 to 13 hours of sleep every day, including naps. It's crucial for their brain development and learning abilities. Establish a firm bedtime routine to ensure they get adequate rest.

Hey! For kindergarteners, they usually recommend 10-13 hours of sleep, including naps. My nephew is in kindergarten, and he gets pretty cranky if he doesn't get his sleep! Don't stress too much about the exact minute, but aim for that range consistently.

Kindergarteners, typically aged 3-5 years, need about 10 to 13 hours of sleep daily. This helps them stay active and learn well in school. Hope your child is getting enough rest.

This is helpful, I have a younger sibling starting kindergarten soon. Does screen time affect their sleep a lot at this age? I want to make sure they are getting good quality sleep too.

Kindergarteners, who are usually 3-5 years old, generally require 10-13 hours of sleep per day. Good sleep habits established early are so important for their overall health. If you're seeing consistent sleep issues, it's good to touch base with their pediatrician, rather than guessing.
