How much sleep 8 month old?

My 8-month-old is quite active during the day, but I'm worried if he's getting enough sleep overall. He takes a couple of naps, but I'm not sure about the total hours. How much sleep should an 8-month-old typically get?

Mere cousin ka baby abhi 8 mahine ka hai, aur woh din mein 2-3 baar sota hai aur raat ko lambi neend leta hai. Total 12-14 ghante ho jaate hain. Har baby alag hota hai but this is normal, I think.

My friend's baby of 8 months needs around 12-15 hours of sleep, including naps. For parents, a good night's sleep is important too! If the baby is active and doctor gives a go-ahead, maybe a small walk in the park can help with their routine.

For an 8-month-old, usually it's about 12-15 hours of sleep, including naps. My mother-in-law used to say to keep them active in the day. But for any concerns, it's always best to check with the pediatrician, they will give the right guidance.

You can find many baby sleep tracking apps that can help you monitor their patterns. Generally, for an 8-month-old, around 12-15 hours a day, including 2-3 naps, is common. It helps to set a consistent bedtime routine.

Haan ji, 8 mahine ke bacche ko na kam se kam 12-15 ghante ki neend chahiye hoti hai. Usme din ke naps bhi shamil hain. Agar wo khush aur active dikhe, toh samajh lo theek hai. Zyada tension mat lo, har baccha thoda alag hota hai na.

Humein toh bas ye pata hai ki baccha khush hai aur sahi se kha raha hai toh neend bhi theek hi hogi. Ek routine bana lo, thoda der sulao din mein, aur raat ko jaldi sula do. Bas utna hi, zyada tension nahi lene ka.

While sleep is important, ensure their diet is balanced too, especially at this age when they start solids. Good nutrition can indirectly help with better sleep patterns. Avoid heavy foods close to bedtime. But for sleep hours, general guidelines are 12-15 hours.

Every child is a blessing and grows at their own pace. Ensure a peaceful environment for your little one to rest. Around 12-15 hours, including naps, is a general idea. Pray for their well-being and trust in the process. All will be well.

My child had some sleep issues when he was a baby, and it turned out to be something minor but needed a doctor's advice. So if you feel your 8-month-old is sleeping too little or too much, or seems distressed, please consult your pediatrician. It's always safer.

Look, with babies, you can never be too careful. While 12-15 hours total sleep is often cited for an 8-month-old, if you have any concerns at all, especially about their feeding or alertness, just quickly check with their doctor. Better safe than sorry, always.
