How much should a four month old sleep?

My 4-month-old is starting to become more aware of her surroundings, so her sleep patterns are changing. I'm trying to figure out if she's sleeping enough. How much should a four-month-old baby typically sleep during the day and night?

At four months, babies generally transition to about 12 to 15 hours of total daily sleep, including day naps. However, this is also when the famous four-month sleep regression can happen. It is always best to consult your pediatrician to ensure their development is on track.

At four months, a baby's sleep begins to shift, and they usually need 12 to 15 hours of peaceful rest. Keeping the room calm, with natural air flowing, helps their delicate system adjust. Let them sleep without any force, as nature knows best.

While 12 to 15 hours is the standard sleep requirement for a four-month-old, every baby is different. If you feel your baby is sleeping too much, seems lethargic, or is not feeding properly, please take them to a doctor just to be completely safe.

Haan, four month ke baby lagbhag 13-14 ghante sote hain. Is age mein unka sleep pattern thoda change hota hai na, toh tension mat lo. Yeh bilkul normal hai, bas unhe acche se feed karate raho.

A four-month-old typically sleeps around 14 hours, split between a longer stretch at night and 3 daytime naps. Don't worry if they wake up occasionally; their sleep cycle is just maturing. Just make sure they are feeding well and gaining weight normally.

Our pediatrician said 12 to 15 hours is the norm at four months. When our baby is sleeping, I like to take a light jog or do a quick home workout to keep my energy up. If your doctor allows you to exercise, it is a great way to stay fit and handle the parenting stress.
