How much should a 7 week old sleep?

My baby just turned 7 weeks, and I'm trying to get a hang of her sleep schedule. She naps a lot but also wakes up for feeds frequently. How much sleep is considered normal for a 7-week-old baby?

A 7-week-old baby is still a little sleep champion, snoozing for about 14 to 16 hours a day! 🍼 They are starting to smile more now, which is the absolute best part of this stage. enjoy these sleepy baby days! ✨

Haan na, 7 weeks pe baby is still sleeping quite a lot, almost 15 hours average. But they wake up very frequently for feeds, which is totally normal. Just go with their natural flow and don't worry too much about a strict timetable.

When my baby was 7 weeks old, her sleep was so erratic and I felt so exhausted and guilty that I wasn't doing enough. But please know that they naturally sleep 14-16 hours in total, even if it is in tiny broken patches. You are doing a wonderful job, so please be gentle on yourself.

Ideally, a 7-week-old baby requires 14 to 17 hours of sleep. If you notice any unusual sleeping habits, like extreme difficulty in waking them up to feed or if they seem too weak, please consult your pediatrician immediately to rule out any underlying issues.

At 7 weeks, babies sleep around 14 to 16 hours. Make sure you are also taking care of your health; post-pregnancy thyroid issues are very common and can make you feel extremely tired. Get your regular thyroid tests done while keeping up with the baby's pediatric follow-ups.

My cousin's baby is 7 weeks old and honestly, he just sleeps like 15 hours a day. He wakes up, cries for milk, and then goes right back to sleep. It seems like a pretty chill life, so I think your baby is doing exactly what they are supposed to do.
