How much protein in liver?

My mother used to say eating liver is very healthy, especially for strength. I'm curious about its nutritional value. Roughly how much protein is there in a typical serving of liver?

You get about 20g of protein per 100g of cooked chicken or goat liver. It cooks super fast compared to regular meat, making it a great quick option for busy weekday dinners when you are short on time.

Liver has around 20-22 grams of protein per 100 grams. I always worry if consuming it too often might cause vitamin A toxicity because it is so incredibly rich in nutrients. I hope this helps you, just try not to overeat it.

It provides roughly 20 grams of high-quality protein, but please get a cholesterol test done first. Liver is very high in purines too, which can trigger gout if you have high uric acid. Better safe than sorry!

Beta, goat liver has about 20 grams of protein and is very good for building blood. In our days, we gave a small bowl of cooked liver soup to children once a week to prevent weakness. Just cook it with black pepper and ginger.

While it does have about 20g of protein, don't believe people online who claim it cures everything. Liver is very high in cholesterol and vitamin A. Consult a proper doctor before making it a regular part of your diet.

I totally understand feeling stressed about hitting your protein goals, I used to worry about this constantly. Chicken liver has a good 20g of protein per 100g and is easy to digest. Take it slow and don't stress too much.
