At stage 4, managing potassium is very critical and usually kept under 2000 mg a day. I have to monitor every single meal for my child to make sure we don't cross the limits. Please work closely with a pediatric nephrologist or dietitian to keep things safe.

Stage 4 kidney disease is very serious, and you should never trust daily nutrient limits from random internet users. The safe potassium limit depends entirely on your blood reports. Consult your nephrologist immediately to avoid dangerous complications.

Haan, stage 4 mein toh potassium bilkul restrict karna padta hai na. Doctors normaly isse 1500 se 2000 mg ke beech rakhne ko bolte hain. Apne doctor se dhyan se diet chart banwa lo, khud se lene ki galti mat karna.

At this point, my kitchen feels more like a chemistry lab where everything is weighed. Usually, they say 1500-2000 mg daily for stage 4, but honestly, let the doctor do the heavy calculations while we just try to follow the rules.

Looking back at my own journey managing kidney issues, keeping potassium around 1500 mg was highly effective at stage 4. It looks difficult to manage at first, but once you learn which foods to avoid, it becomes a routine. Keep faith and stay in touch with your doctor.

Listen, stage 4 can feel really scary, but we can manage this with the right guidance. The potassium limit is usually restricted to less than 2000 mg daily to prevent heart strain. Let's get a proper consultation done with your nephrologist to keep you completely safe.

Please do not delay your doctor's visit or guess your potassium limits. We once ignored high potassium symptoms in stage 4, and it caused a sudden medical emergency. Go get a proper blood test and have your nephrologist set the exact limit immediately.

I completely understand how terrifying it feels to manage a stage 4 diagnosis and worry about every milligram of potassium. The general medical guidelines suggest keeping it under 2000 mg daily, but please consult your nephrologist to get peace of mind.

My grandmother is going through stage 4 and we keep her potassium strictly restricted, usually under 2000 mg daily as per her doc. It is tough to keep track of, but having a clear printout of what she can and cannot eat on the fridge helps a lot.

Managing diabetes along with stage 4 kidney disease means we have to be extremely cautious with potassium. The daily limit is strictly kept around 1500 to 2000 mg. Avoid coconut water, citrus fruits, and high-potassium vegetables to prevent sudden spikes.

When my relative was in stage 4, we strictly managed their potassium below 1500 mg daily, as advised by the hospital. Monitoring this closely helped stabilize their condition. Definitely get your doctor to set the safe range based on recent lab work.

I know how overwhelming it is to hear about stage 4, but you are not alone. Typically, the daily potassium limit is restricted to 1500-2000 mg. It is very manageable once you get a clear list of low-potassium foods from your dietitian.

I panicked completely when my doctor mentioned stage 4 and potassium restriction. But once we got a clear limit of 1800 mg daily and learned how to leach our vegetables, it became very normal. Take a deep breath, it is very manageable with proper medical advice.

Counting milligrams when you are already exhausted from hospital visits is no joke. The standard limit is usually under 2000 mg, but seriously, let your doctor write down the exact food items you need to avoid instead of trying to calculate numbers yourself.

Saying goodbye to bananas and potatoes at stage 4 is tragic, but keeping potassium under 2000 mg is the rule. Don't worry, your doctor will give you a list of substitute foods so you won't have to starve!
