How much pain reliever can i take?

My wisdom tooth is bothering me a lot today, causing quite a bit of discomfort. I've taken one pain reliever tablet but the pain is still there. How much more can I take safely without overdoing it?

I usually just take one crocin when I have a bad headache, but is it safe to take another one after 4 hours if the pain doesn't go away? I'm always a bit scared of taking too many pills.

For mild headaches, one 500 mg paracetamol is usually enough, but never take painkillers on an empty stomach! Make sure you have a nice toast or some warm milk first, otherwise you'll get terrible acidity.

Stick to the basic limit of 500 mg paracetamol, up to 3 times a day max. Don't start mixing ibuprofen and paracetamol like candy. If the pain is that bad, just go see a specialist.

Take care of your precious health, dear. Usually, one simple tablet is enough to calm the body's pain, but let a doctor guide you on the dosage while you keep your mind peaceful and positive.

At Max Hospital, the doctors told me that overusing pain relievers can lead to kidney issues and rebound headaches. You should ask your doctor clearly to give you a safe, specific plan for your pain instead of self-medicating.
