How much milk thistle per day for fatty liver?

My doctor said I have fatty liver, and I'm looking into natural remedies. I've heard good things about milk thistle. What's the right dosage per day for fatty liver?

I take one 140mg capsule of milk thistle in the morning before heading to the office. It's a quick habit, but don't expect it to cure fatty liver if you are still eating junk food at work every day.

Many people with PCOS also develop fatty liver, and my doctor suggested a mild dose of 150mg of milk thistle extract. It seems to help, but please verify with your gynecologist before adding new supplements.

I got terrified when my ultrasound showed Grade 1 fatty liver and rushed to buy milk thistle. My doctor calmed me down and said a standard 140mg dose is fine, but reducing weight is the actual cure. Don't panic, it is very manageable.

Fatty liver clean karne ke liye milk thistle tablet useful hai, haan na. My brother takes 140mg daily, but cooking in less oil and avoiding sweets is the main thing, ho na.

Instead of buying expensive milk thistle brands, just focus on limiting your daily oil and sugar intake. If you still want to take it, a basic 150mg tablet after dinner is more than enough.

For my fatty liver, I was advised a daily dose of 140mg silymarin. Since I also have diabetes, I have to be very careful because it can lower blood glucose, so keep tracking your sugar levels.

I was also diagnosed with fatty liver recently and I am a bit scared. Does milk thistle have any side effects like stomach pain, or is it completely safe to take daily?
