Hey girl, I totally get how frustrating PCOS is. My doctor put me on 200mg of magnesium glycinate at night, and it really helped with my insulin resistance and sleep. Start slow and see how your body reacts!

I agree, 200mg of magnesium glycinate daily works really well for managing PCOS symptoms and improving sleep quality.

PCOS is just a small imbalance, please stay positive and don't stress. While 250mg of magnesium glycinate can help calm your nervous system, also try to eat fresh home-cooked meals and practice gentle yoga to heal from within.

Even though magnesium glycinate is a common supplement for PCOS, you must not self-medicate. High levels of magnesium can affect your kidneys and heart. Please get your kidney function and magnesium levels checked before starting.

Managing PCOS with a busy schedule is tough. A standard dose is usually 200mg to 300mg of magnesium glycinate daily, but don't just guess it. Get a quick blood test done on the weekend so your doctor can prescribe the exact dose you need.
