How much inositol should i take for pcos?

I've been struggling with PCOS symptoms and heard good things about inositol helping with it. My doctor briefly mentioned it, but I forgot to ask about the specific dosage. How much inositol should I really be taking for PCOS?

For PCOS and inositol, please be very cautious and always consult a doctor. I had some complications once by trying to self-medicate, so I strongly recommend you get a proper medical consultation for the correct dosage. It's for your safety.

I've seen inositol being talked about for PCOS too. But for actual medical conditions and supplements, it's definitely not something to guess. A doctor or gynaecologist is the only one who can tell you the right dose after checking your specific needs.

I totally get it, dealing with PCOS can be overwhelming and you look for solutions. But for inositol dosage, you really need to speak to your gynaecologist or an endocrinologist. They will know what's best for your body and condition.

Beta, for PCOS, these days many new things come. But from my experience, always listen to the doctor for proper medicine and dosage, especially for a condition like this. Don't worry too much, but do consult a good gynaecologist.

Haan, for PCOS, inositol is something many people take. But kitna lena hai, that only a doctor can tell you, na? It's not a general dose, they will check your condition and then advise. Don't take chances with this.
