How much fiber is in a cup of kidney beans?

I made rajma chawal for dinner tonight and was curious about its fiber content. Does anyone know how much fiber is typically in one cup of kidney beans?

Beta, rajma toh bahut poshtik hota hai. Ek katori rajma khane se pet bhi bharta hai aur pet saaf bhi rehta hai. Isme bahut resha hota hai. Bachpan se hum toh dal, chawal, rajma sab khate aaye hain. Accha hai sharir ke liye.

A standard cup (around 170-180g) of cooked kidney beans typically has about 11-13 grams of dietary fiber. That's a really good amount! Great for digestion and keeping you full. Just make sure to soak them properly before cooking.

While kidney beans are known to be rich in fiber, if you're trying to calculate exact dietary intake for a specific health goal, it's always best to consult a registered dietitian or your doctor. They can give precise figures and how to incorporate them best into your diet.

Kidney beans are great for your macros! A cup cooked has good fiber, helps with gut health and keeps you full. Besides diet, don't forget your daily activity. A good walk and some strength training along with a fiber-rich diet like this will give best results.

From my experience, one cup of cooked kidney beans definitely provides a significant amount of fiber, usually around 12-13 grams. I always make sure to include them in my diet at least twice a week. They're also a good source of protein, making them very beneficial.

Kidney beans are a fantastic source of fiber! A single cup of cooked kidney beans will give you roughly 11-13 grams. They are very versatile, you can add them to salads, make a curry, or even mash them for wraps. Super healthy and keeps you full.

How much fiber? Enough to keep you 'regular' for a day, haha! Seriously though, a cup of cooked rajma has like 11-13g. So go ahead, enjoy your rajma chawal, your gut will thank you!
