How much fever is too high?

Too high? When I'm shivering under three blankets in summer, that's too high for me! Honestly, anything that makes me feel like I can't even sleep properly is already too much. Ugh, just the thought makes me tired.

For me, 'too high' is when my wife starts looking at me like I'm about to spontaneously combust. Jokes apart, if it crosses 102F and doesn't come down with a paracetamol, that's when I start panicking a little. Getting old, na, small things feel big.
