How much does tylenol reduce fever?

My daughter has a slight fever and I'm wondering if I should give her Tylenol. Can someone tell me roughly how much it helps to reduce fever? Just want to know what to expect.

Tylenol, jo hum yahan paracetamol ke naam se jaante hain na, woh fever ko ek do degree tak neeche laata hai. Body ka temp thoda kam ho jaata hai, aur thoda relief milta hai. Par dose ka dhyaan rakhna haan, zyada nahi leni chahiye.

Based on my experience, whenever I've taken Tylenol (paracetamol) for fever, it usually brings my temperature down by about one degree within an hour or so, making me feel a bit more comfortable. I don't really know the exact medical mechanism, but that's what happens for me.

Tylenol is mainly for symptomatic relief from fever and pain. It can reduce fever by a degree or two. But for overall immunity and fighting off infections that cause fever, a good diet, hydration, and active lifestyle are crucial. Always consult a doc for persistent fever.

Tylenol (paracetamol) gives some relief from fever, usually bringing it down by a bit. You can also try some traditional remedies like cold compresses or plenty of fluids. But if the fever is very high or doesn't go down, always, always see a doctor quickly. Don't rely only on medicines or home remedies for serious fevers.
