How much deep sleep is normal?

I've been feeling quite drained lately, and I suspect my sleep quality isn't great. What's considered a normal amount of deep sleep for an adult like me?

They say 1 to 1.5 hours of deep sleep is normal, but with my late-night work shifts, even 15 minutes of quiet sleep feels like a luxury! If you are getting an hour, you are already doing great.

For most adults, 1 to 1.5 hours of deep sleep is considered normal. Since dealing with PCOS can sometimes affect my sleep quality, I try to focus on gentle evening routines, but I always discuss any major sleep issues with my doctor.

Normally, deep sleep should make up about 15-20% of your total sleep, which is roughly 1 to 1.5 hours. Try to avoid caffeine or heavy meals in the evening, as they can significantly reduce your deep sleep phases.

About 1 to 2 hours of deep sleep is perfectly normal! Try to keep a positive mind and keep your phone away before bed for better rest. Sleep well!

A normal range is about 1 to 1.5 hours. I've noticed that going for a light, brisk walk in the evening really helps improve deep sleep quality, provided your doctor clears you for moderate exercise.

Look, around 1.5 hours is standard. If you wake up feeling refreshed and active during the day, your sleep is absolutely fine, so stop stressing over what the internet says.
