How much daytime sleep for 4 month old?

My 4-month-old daughter is usually a good sleeper at night, but her daytime naps are a bit all over the place. I'm trying to get a consistent schedule. How much daytime sleep is normal for a 4-month-old?

At 4 months, my baby slept around 3 to 4 hours in the day. Because of my thyroid-related fatigue, I used to try to sleep when she slept. Always discuss your baby's sleep patterns during their regular monthly checkups.

Keeping a calm, dark room with a light massage can help your baby get their 3-4 hours of daytime sleep comfortably. But if the baby is constantly crying, refusing milk, or has a fever, go to the doctor immediately.

Haan, 4 mahine ke bacche din mein lagbhag 3-4 ghante hi sote hain, na. Unka sleep schedule ab thoda behtar hone lagta hai, toh zyada chinta mat karo.

I panicked when my 4-month-old went from sleeping 5 hours in the day to barely 3 hours. It turned out to be just the normal 4-month sleep regression. It is completely normal, so don't worry!

My 4-month-old usually got around 3 hours of sleep over three naps. I learned not to compare with other babies' charts online because each baby's development is quite unique.

Most 4-month-olds take about 3 naps, totaling around 3 to 4 hours of sleep. Try to set a simple wind-down routine before naps so they settle down easily.

Bacche ko din mein teen-chaar ghante so lene dijiye, wahi unke liye achha hai. Jyada chinta mat kariye, bacche dheere-dheere apna samay khud tay kar lete hain.
