How much caffeine can give you a heart attack?

My friends and I were just debating how much caffeine is too much caffeine. I have a really high tolerance, but I'm curious. Is there an actual amount that could be lethal or seriously harmful, like causing a heart attack?

Bhai, normal tea or coffee (1-2 cups) is perfectly fine and won't hurt your heart. But don't start eating those modern caffeine pills or drinking multiple energy cans, they are very hot and strong for the body. If your chest ever feels heavy or you feel breathless, please go to the hospital immediately.

I used to drink five cups of black coffee daily at my desk job until I had severe chest pain and panic last month. The doctor in the emergency room told me that excessive caffeine was triggering abnormal heart rhythms. I've cut down to one mild tea now, and I highly suggest everyone stay within 2-3 cups max.

Don't panic, normal daily coffee won't give you a heart attack. The safe limit is around 400mg, which is about 4 cups of coffee. Just listen to your body, avoid those highly concentrated caffeine supplements, and if you ever feel sudden chest pressure, please go see a doctor immediately.

I always advocate for natural, pure foods, and while moderate green tea or light coffee is fine, high-dose caffeine is a stimulant that strains the heart. Keep your caffeine intake under 200-300mg daily. If you have any history of high blood pressure, please consult your doctor before consuming energy drinks.

Let's be clear: a standard cup of home-made chai has very little caffeine, so don't worry about that. But if you are abusing pre-workout powders with 400mg caffeine in one go, you are putting your heart at serious risk. Be smart, limit the stimulants, and go to a doctor if your heart is beating like crazy.

I once had three double-shot espressos in a row and my chest felt so tight I thought I was having a heart attack. I ran to the clinic, but the doctor did an ECG and said it was just caffeine-induced panic and mild acidity. Keep your intake moderate, and you will be absolutely fine.
