How much beet juice per day for liver?

My doctor said my liver enzymes are a bit high. I heard beet juice can be good for liver health. How much should I drink daily for that benefit?

I used to panic thinking my liver enzymes were slightly elevated and started drinking massive amounts of beet juice. My doctor told me to calm down and just have one small glass, around 150ml, every other day. Once I relaxed and did that, my next reports came back absolutely fine.

At 51, my liver deserves a medal for surviving my youth! Now I try to be good and drink about half a glass of beet juice daily. Don't go drinking a whole jug or your urine will turn pink and give you a mild heart attack in the bathroom!

When I went to Manipal Hospital for my regular health checkup, the specialist advised me that while beetroot is good for detox, too much can cause kidney stones due to oxalates. He said one small glass of 150ml a day is the maximum safe limit. Always ask your doctor before making dietary changes.

I take about 150ml of fresh beetroot juice every morning before my gym sessions. It is great for liver recovery and general stamina, but definitely don't drink it in huge quantities. Keep it simple and fresh, skip the packaged ones.

Beta, beetroot is a very heating and strong food for the body. Drink only half a small glass of fresh juice, and add a little amla or ginger to balance it. If you have any liver discomfort, please consult a proper doctor first.

In my seventy years, I have learned that moderation is key to maintaining liver health. A small cup of beetroot juice twice or thrice a week is plenty to support your system. There is no need to load your stomach with huge quantities daily.

I recently recovered from mild fatty liver and drank about 150ml of beet juice mixed with carrot daily. It definitely helped my recovery, but my doctor emphasized that cutting out junk food and daily walking made the real difference.

Just having a small cup of fresh beet juice daily, around 100 to 150 ml, is very gentle and good for your system. Take care.

Keep it to one small glass, my friend! If you overdo it, your face and everything else might turn red, and you will think you are turning into a beetroot yourself. One cup is more than enough to keep your liver happy!

With my hypothyroid issue, I have to be very careful with my liver health and digestion. I drink a small 100ml cup of beet juice, but I prioritize getting my liver function tests and thyroid checked every six months. Regular medical follow-ups are far more important than any single juice routine.
