Beetroot juice is wonderful for blood flow because of natural nitrates, but it is also very high in sugar and oxalates. Drinking one small glass of around 150 to 200 ml daily is safe. Please consult a doctor if you have any history of kidney stones or diabetes before making it a daily habit.

Haan na, beet juice is very good for stamina and blood circulation. I usually have one small cup of fresh beetroot juice in the morning, ho na. But do not drink too much, otherwise stomach upset ho sakta hai. Normal simple lifestyle modifications also help a lot.

I can only share what worked for me. I started drinking one medium glass of fresh beetroot juice every morning, and noticed my energy levels and overall stamina improved in a few weeks. I didn't take any other supplements, just kept my diet simple.

My son had some circulation issues and the doctor suggested adding fresh beetroot juice to his morning routine. We make him one small glass of fresh juice, about 150ml, with a bit of ginger and lemon. Please ensure you also look into reducing daily stress and getting enough sleep, as that matters a lot.

Bro, just drink one glass of fresh beet juice (about 200ml) a few hours before you sleep or workout. It boosts nitric oxide which definitely helps with blood flow. But don't expect it to cure deep issues; if it's serious, just book a quick appointment with a urologist.
