Tylenol Arthritis actually has a higher dose of paracetamol, around 650mg per tablet, yaar. So you should only take 2 tablets at once, and not more than that. Taking too much can really mess up your liver, so be careful.

You can take up to 2 caplets at once, which is the recommended single dose! 😊 Just make sure to wait a full 8 hours before taking any more, and keep a check on your daily limit. Take care and stay pain-free!

The standard dose is 2 tablets at a time, but I always prefer applying warm mustard oil mixed with garlic on the joints for natural relief. However, if your arthritis pain is very severe, please consult your doctor instead of relying solely on heavy painkillers.

Please be extremely cautious with pain relievers. My uncle had severe stomach and liver complications because he took double doses of pain tablets on his own. Never exceed the package instructions of 2 tablets at once, and see a doctor to get a safe, long-term prescription for arthritis.

I deal with chronic joint pain too, and the standard dose for Tylenol Arthritis is 2 caplets at once, which is 1300mg in total. Do not repeat this dose for at least 8 hours, and make sure you do not take any other paracetamol-containing medicines along with it.
