If sugars are running high, you might end up running to the washroom 7 to 10 times or even more, especially at night! 💧 Once your blood sugar levels are back in control with proper medicine, the frequency drops back to normal. Keep smiling and take care of your health!

When the body has excess glucose, it tries to flush it out through urine, leading to frequent urination. Along with your prescribed medication, practicing light yoga and Kapalbhati daily can support overall health and help in managing stress, which also stabilizes sugar levels.

It can be 8-12 times a day if your blood sugar is out of range. The simplest solution is to get a glucometer, check your fasting and post-lunch readings, and show them to your doctor. Don't just keep drinking water and ignoring the frequent trips to the toilet.

If your blood sugar is high, your bladder basically becomes a high-speed metro station with frequent departures! But seriously, don't worry, once you start taking your doctor's prescribed dose, the frequency drops and you will finally get your sleep back.

My dad has type 2 diabetes and before his diagnosis, he was literally going to the washroom every hour, even during the night. Now that he is taking his regular meds and eating better, it is totally normal, maybe just 5-6 times a day.

I get so anxious when I have to pee frequently, always worrying if my sugar has spiked. Sometimes, uncontrolled diabetes can make you go more than 10 times daily. Please get a quick HbA1c test done to see if your levels are fine, it will really help ease your mind.

Having to urinate very frequently, like 10 times a day, is just the body's natural way of cleaning out extra sugar. Stay positive, keep your mind calm, and consult your doctor to adjust your routine. With patience and correct care, your body will find its balance again.
