How many teens struggle with mental health?

My daughter is almost a teenager, and with all the social media and academic pressure, I'm concerned about her well-being. I've heard that many teens struggle with mental health; I'm curious about the actual numbers or statistics.

The numbers are quite high, which is truly heartbreaking. Many parents feel helpless. While good sleep, exercise, and a healthy diet can support, serious mental health struggles need professional help. Don't hesitate to seek a doctor; some things home remedies can't fix.

A significant percentage of teenagers are struggling, it's a sad reality. Mental health is just as important as physical fitness. Encourage them to stay active, eat well, and importantly, talk about their feelings. Sometimes a good workout can clear your head, but professional help is key for deeper issues.

It's honestly a lot. So many of my younger cousins and friends struggle with anxiety or feeling overwhelmed. The pressure is real. It's really important to create a supportive environment and let them know it's completely okay to ask for help from parents, teachers, or even a therapist.

Roughly 1 in 5 teens, but sometimes it feels like 5 in 5 during exam season, haha! On a serious note, it's a huge issue, and it's okay for them to feel that way. Just like when my Wi-Fi is slow, sometimes you need an expert to fix things. No shame in it!

Statistics show about 1 in 7 to 1 in 5 teenagers experience mental health conditions globally. It's a serious public health concern. As parents and friends, we should be vigilant about changes in behavior and encourage them to see a counselor or doctor if needed.
