How many sleep regressions are there?

My 6-month-old is suddenly waking up more frequently at night, and a friend mentioned sleep regressions. It sounds confusing, so I want to know, how many sleep regressions are there generally, and when do they typically happen?

Oh, sleep regressions! It feels like countless, doesn't it? But commonly, there are key ones around 4 months, 8-10 months, 12 months, and then often around 18 months and 2 years. It's about developmental leaps. Just remember, it's a phase and it passes!

As a working parent, sleep regressions felt like a constant battle! Key ones are usually around 4 months, 8-10 months, 12 months, and then sometimes 18 months and 2 years. My advice? Be prepared, try to maintain a routine as much as possible, and remember it's temporary.

Sleep regressions are quite common developmental phases in infants and toddlers. The most frequently discussed ones occur around 4 months, 8-10 months, 12 months, 18 months, and 2 years of age. While these are general guidelines, every child is unique. If you're concerned about your child's sleep, consulting a pediatrician is always the most reliable option.

From what I've read and heard from other parents, there are several known sleep regressions. Key ones often hit around 4 months, 8-10 months, 12 months, 18 months, and 2 years. It's a phase, but if it's severely affecting the child's or parent's health, do talk to your pediatrician, just like we always keep up with our health check-ups.

Sleep regressions are a thing, yes, usually around 4, 8-10, 12, 18, and 24 months. What I learned is to plan for them. You might need extra coffee, or perhaps a babysitter for a few hours if it gets too much, which can be an expense. So, budget for those 'tired' days, haan!
