How many plums can a diabetic eat a day?

My sugar levels have been a bit high lately, so I'm trying to eat healthier. I heard plums are good, but I'm diabetic, so I need to be careful. How many plums can a diabetic eat in a day without it affecting their sugar too much?

Oh, one or two, I suppose, if your sugar levels are behaving! Anything more and my knees start creaking just thinking about the sugar spike, haha. Seriously though, portion control is key for diabetics with any fruit.

When I was getting my diabetes under control, my dietician said fruits are generally okay, but in moderation. For plums, maybe one small to medium-sized plum a day would be a safe bet, as they do have natural sugars. It's about balancing it with your overall diet plan.

Plums are good for fiber! For diabetics, one small to medium plum is usually a safe amount due to their natural sugar content. Combine it with some protein or healthy fat to slow sugar absorption. And remember, exercise helps a lot with managing blood sugar, if your doctor has cleared it.

This is exactly the kind of question that makes me anxious! Fruits have natural sugars, so it's a balancing act. I'd say one small plum is probably okay, but honestly, always, always confirm with your doctor or dietician. Don't risk it with diabetes.

Dekho, plums mein natural sugar hoti hai. So, for a diabetic, maybe one small plum a day is enough. Zyada nahin, warna sugar badh sakti hai. Always ask your doctor ya dietician for the right amount for you.
