How many pillows should you sleep on?

Been waking up with neck pain a lot recently. My wife says maybe it's my pillows. Is there an ideal number of pillows one should sleep on for good posture and no pain?

It really depends on your sleeping position to maintain neutral spine alignment. One good quality, supportive pillow is often enough for most. Just like proper form in exercise, proper sleep posture is crucial for overall well-being. Always consult a physiotherapist if you have neck pain.

Yaar, actually, it varies! Some people swear by one, others need two for support, especially if they sleep on their side. The main thing is that your neck and spine should be aligned. Find what's comfy for you, but generally, not too many. Too high is bad for neck, no?

Honestly, whatever feels comfortable and supports your neck and head properly! Don't stress too much about a hard and fast rule. Most people are fine with one or two, as long as your spine is straight. Just try different ones and see what works, ya know?

Oh god, this is something I constantly overthink! Is one enough? Is two too much? What if my posture is bad? Generally, one firm but not too high pillow is recommended to keep your spine aligned. But I still keep wondering if I'm doing it right!

As many as it takes to finally get some sleep, haha! Seriously though, usually one good quality pillow that supports your neck. Any more and you might just end up looking like a bobblehead in the morning! Don't overthink it, just get comfy.
