How many percent of people have mental health issues?

My college friends and I were just talking about mental health awareness campaigns. It seems like more and more people are talking about it now. What percentage of people actually have mental health issues globally?

I can't give a statistic, but from my own experience, I've seen many friends and family members go through silent struggles. It makes you realize how prevalent it is, even if it's not always visible. Talking helps a lot.

A significant percentage, which means we all need to be more aware and supportive. In corporate environments, burnout and stress are very real. It's important to prioritize your well-being, even if it means delegating or taking a break.

A very large percentage, sadly. It's a global concern that needs more attention and understanding.

It seems the numbers are quite high these days, across all age groups. My mother always says to pray and stay strong, but I also tell my children that it's okay to talk to a doctor if they feel troubled in their mind. A doctor's advice is crucial.
