How many people struggle with mental health issues?

My cousin recently opened up about his mental health struggles, and it really got me thinking. I want to understand the scale of it better. How many people struggle with mental health issues these days?

Probably everyone who hasn't had a full 8 hours sleep in weeks, haha. But seriously, it feels like a lot of us are juggling too much and not talking about the stress enough. My brain feels like scrambled eggs most days!

A lot, bro. I had my own issues with anxiety during college. It's not something to be ashamed of. Just talk to someone, a friend or a counsellor, it really helps to get it off your chest.

Bahut log hain ho na. Especially with all the pressure these days, it's common to feel overwhelmed. We all need to be a little more understanding with each other. Sometimes a kind word is all it takes.

Oh god, the numbers are probably staggering, which makes me worry even more about my own stress levels. Is that a symptom of something? But on a serious note, it's really important to get help. Don't bottle things up like I sometimes do.

Yaar, after a bad day, my mental health definitely struggles... right until I get my hands on some hot jalebis! Kidding, but food does offer comfort. On a serious note though, many people are going through something, so let's be kind.

From personal experience, it's a huge number. I was in a very dark place last year, and it felt like nobody understood. But with therapy and support, I came out of it. There's hope, and help is available.

Too many, unfortunately. As a working professional, I see the burnout and stress everywhere. It's crucial to prioritize your mental well-being, even if it means scheduling 'me-time' or therapy appointments like any other important meeting.

Many, many people. Our diet can play a small role in how we feel, honestly. Eating fresh, sattvic food helps me personally with clarity of mind. Not a cure, but it supports overall well-being. Always consult a doc for proper diagnosis.

I think the actual numbers are probably higher than what's reported because of the stigma. With PCOS, I know how much hormones can affect mood and anxiety, so I'm extra careful about managing my stress. Be gentle with yourself and seek professional advice if needed, no need to suffer alone.

It's a widespread issue, more so now than ever, it seems. In our younger days, we just called it 'tension' or 'worry', but the feelings were similar. The good thing is now people are more open to discussing it and getting proper help. Don't suffer in silence, baccha.

Dekho, bahut log hain jo mental health se struggle karte hain. It's a real thing, don't ignore it. If you're feeling down or stressed for too long, just go talk to a professional. Simple as that.

Oh, it's a lot, for sure. I feel like almost everyone I know has faced some form of mental health challenge, big or small. It's so important to have a good support system and to remember that it's okay to not be okay. Don't hesitate to seek help.
