How many people struggle with mental health?

Lately, I've been feeling very overwhelmed and stressed with everything going on. It makes me wonder how many people out there are also struggling with their mental health in general. Is it a widespread issue?

Honestly, it's more common than you think. I recently went through a tough phase myself, and it felt like I was the only one. But when I started talking, I realized so many around me were silently struggling. Don't hesitate to reach out for help, it makes a huge difference.

The numbers are high, bhai. And one big problem is that getting proper help can be expensive. Therapy sessions, sometimes even tests, can really burn a hole in your pocket. We need more affordable options, ya know?

Beta, in our times we didn't talk much about 'mental health', but troubles of the mind were always there. Sometimes simple things like spending time in nature, doing puja, or just talking to elders can help thoda. But if it's too much, one must see a specialist.

Yes, many people do. It's important to be kind to everyone, you never know what someone is going through silently.

My own child struggled with anxiety for a while. It breaks your heart to see them like that. What helped us was a combination of therapy and making sure they felt heard and loved at home. It's a journey, but it's okay to seek help for our kids and for ourselves too.
