How many people in the us struggle with mental health?

My friend who moved to the US recently mentioned she's been struggling with anxiety since she moved. It made me think about mental health generally. How many people in the US deal with these kinds of issues?

Mental health is just as important as physical health, you know. Like high BP, it can be silent but serious. Regular check-ups are for physical, but for mental well-being, talking to someone, reducing stress, and good sleep are my mantra. These US stats are eye-opening for sure.

Haan, mental health ke issues toh har jagah hain. US ke numbers shayad bohot zyada dikhenge, par India mein bhi bohot log struggle karte hain. Important hai ki baat karein aur sharmaayein nahi, na?

This question really hits home for me. I've struggled with anxiety, and it's a very real thing. It's good that there's more awareness now. If you're feeling overwhelmed, please know you're not alone, and it's okay to seek professional help. The numbers just prove it's common.

For mental health, especially, please don't rely on random internet advice or quick fixes. The US data might just be statistics, but for real well-being, consult a trained therapist or psychiatrist. Self-diagnosis and unverified remedies can be harmful.

Mental health is super important. I use apps for meditation and mood tracking, and they actually help a lot with managing daily stress. While US numbers are specific, the underlying issue of mental well-being is global. Small steps can make a big difference.
