How many people have piles?

Been dealing with some discomfort recently, and a friend said it might be piles. It's a bit embarrassing to talk about, but I'm wondering, how many people actually have piles? Is it a very common problem?

Yaar, piles are super common, like, more common than you'd think. I had a minor issue once because of eating too much spicy food and not enough fiber. It was uncomfortable, but simple diet changes sorted it out. Don't feel weird asking about it, many people face it.

Oh, is it really that common? I always thought it was something very private and rare. Hearing that makes me feel a little less anxious about it, like it's a normal body thing. Has anyone else felt embarrassed to talk about it?

Ah, piles! My doc always warns me when I go overboard with spicy biryani and not enough water. It's a common side effect of our delicious but sometimes unhealthy food choices, haan? Gotta balance those cravings with some healthy fiber, or else...ouch!

Piles might seem like a small issue, but they can get complicated if ignored. I had a bad case where it got really painful and needed a small procedure. My advice: don't suffer in silence. If you suspect you have them, see a proctologist immediately. Don't wait for it to get worse.
