Cancer is a terrifying word for every family. It takes so many lives, and the treatment costs are also very high. The most practical solution is focusing on prevention like healthy eating, avoiding smoking, and getting regular health check-ups if we can afford them.

Bhai, cancer kills too many people, it's a harsh reality. So, don't ignore your body. Regular check-ups, healthy food, no smoking, no excess drinking. These things aren't just for show, they save lives. Be smart, stay strong.

While I believe in a strong body through fitness and good diet, cancer is a complex disease. However, staying active and maintaining a healthy weight does reduce the risk for many types of cancer. It's about empowering your body, not just for looks but for fighting potential illnesses.

It's so sad to think about how many lives cancer claims. I feel like almost everyone knows someone affected by it. It just makes me want to take better care of myself and be more aware. Regular check-ups and a healthy lifestyle really seem like the only way to try and stay safe.

Cancer is a devastating disease, and the number of deaths is truly heartbreaking. Beyond the emotional toll, the financial strain of diagnosis and treatment is immense for many Indian families. That's why prevention and early screening, if affordable, are so important.

Cancer is a heavy burden, for sure. While we cannot control everything, we can try to live with a positive mind, do good deeds, and take care of our body, which is a temple. Let's do our best, and leave the rest to God's will. And never lose hope.

Cancer is truly a big fear. From my experience with managing diabetes, I know how crucial diet is. Avoiding processed foods and excessive sugar, which can fuel inflammation, is generally a good strategy for overall health and possibly reducing cancer risks. But always listen to your doctor first.
